WHY CPL
The License That Opens Aviation's Door
To work for any commercial air service in Canada, you need a Commercial Pilot License. CPL is the professional standard — it’s what separates recreational flying from a paid career in the cockpit.
- Airline Pilot — Operate passenger flights for regional or national carriers
- Cargo Pilot — Transport freight on scheduled or chartered routes
- Corporate Pilot — Fly private jets for businesses and executives

THE CPL PROGRAM

NEW TO FLYING?
Start With Your PPL. We'll Get You There.
Every CPL pilot starts with a Private Pilot License. If you don't have yours yet, that's not a barrier — it's just Step 1. WCC's PPL program is 5 weeks and 85 hours, and feeds directly into CPL.
